    CLAQON’s own measurement

    Owner
The owner of this website, with Cloudflare, Inc. as data processor (it hosts the collection endpoint and the database).
    Purpose
Aggregate statistics to improve the website: which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, what is clicked and where on the page (heatmap, without recording the session), how far down people scroll and how long each part is viewed, the pre-registration funnel and technical errors. No cookies: to tell visits on the same day apart, an identifier is calculated from your IP address, your browser and a random key that is deleted every day. The IP address is not stored.
    Where the data is processed
Collection on Cloudflare’s network and database in the European Union (Cloudflare D1, EU jurisdiction). Only the website owner can access the statistics dashboard.
    Retention
Up to 25 months. The identifier key is deleted the following day: from then on, nobody can trace it back to your IP address or link your visits on different days.

It does not use cookies or store anything on your device.

Multi-platform publishing

Publish videos to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X, each at its own time

CLAQON publishes your videos to YouTube (Shorts and long-form), Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and X, in the slots of each account’s market. Before uploading to X or Instagram, it checks what each one accepts; afterwards, it keeps an eye on the YouTube quota, connection expiry and whether what was published stayed visible.

  • 12 markets with local slots per platform
  • Format checked before uploading to X and Instagram
  • An alert before a connection expires
Your connections page: summary of network apps, account keys and own apps, with Google configured and TikTok pending.

What it solves

How do you publish on four platforms without monitoring each one by hand?

Each platform accepts different lengths, sizes and formats, has its own quotas, and its tokens expire without warning. A video that is too long for X fails after the whole file has been uploaded, and an unaudited Google project leaves your videos private even if you uploaded them as public.

CLAQON keeps track of all that for you: it checks what X and Instagram accept before spending the call, publishes at your audience’s local time, monitors the quota and the connections, and alerts you with the reason and the next step when something does not go out.

How it works

From connection to the post-publication check

  1. You connect each platform once

YouTube with one button, using your installation’s Google app or one belonging to the account. Instagram and Facebook, with a permanent Page token. X, with OAuth 2.0 and automatic renewal.

  2. You choose the market and slots

There are 12 markets with local times per platform. Each account publishes in up to 4 slots a day, at least 90 minutes apart, and each slot explains what time it is for your audience and for you.

  3. It is checked before uploading

On X and Instagram, if the video does not meet what the platform accepts, it is skipped with its own code, without spending the call.

  4. It is published and verified

The upload to YouTube is resumable, and CLAQON checks that the video ended up public and processed. If there are generated scenes, synthetic content is disclosed.

  5. It is monitored afterwards

Translated captions, quota by bucket and, in beta, a check of what was published over 7 days.

Capabilities

Publishing, quotas and connections

YouTube: Shorts and long-form video
One-button connection, resumable upload, a check that the video ended up public and processed, and a synthetic content disclosure where applicable.
Translated captions on YouTube
Original track and 6 translations (Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Hindi and Indonesian), with localised title and description.
YouTube quota by bucket
Counts your Google project’s quota with the 2026 buckets: uploads (100 calls a day), searches (100) and general (10,000 units). It postpones translations that do not fit to the next day and never blocks the video upload.
Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels
With a permanent Page token, the same one for both platforms. If Instagram has used up your publishing limit, the piece is skipped without a retry (in beta).
X
OAuth 2.0 with automatic token renewal. Each post has a cost on X; when you publish by hand, you accept it separately.
Slot scheduling
12 markets, each with its time zone, language and slots per platform. If your machine is going to be off at the time of a slot, the slot is brought forward to the last usable moment.
Connection expiry
A history for each connection, a notice before it expires, an alert when there are 3 or more reconnections in 30 days and the probable cause when Google rejects the permission. Before asking for your consent again, it tests the saved permission.
Specifications per platform
X: up to 140 seconds and 512 MB. Instagram Reels: from 3 seconds to 15 minutes, 23 to 60 fps and up to 300 MB. YouTube Shorts: up to 180 seconds, vertical or square; this last limit serves as a reference for alerts.
Google failure when publishing
It closes with the exact diagnosis, keeps the video and does not retry.
Post-publication check Beta
For 7 days it reviews what was published and detects “forced private”, “disclosure pending”, “no video” and “Facebook not published”. Today it only reports: it does not close the log.
Assets from each render Beta
For long-form video, chapters with “Copy” and 3 downloadable thumbnails. For every video, its provenance record.

Limits

Publishing limits worth knowing

  • It does not publish to TikTok: that is disabled until the app has been audited.
  • It publishes video on these four platforms and nowhere else; for text on social platforms there is Tinta, in beta.
  • Instagram and Facebook download the video from your Google Drive, where the file is shared with a public link.
  • To connect platforms you need your own domain with HTTPS, for example through a tunnel, and your own apps: Google, Meta and, if you publish on X, a developer app with a paid API plan.
  • There is no button to upload the thumbnail to YouTube: the variants are downloaded and you upload them yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about publishing to social platforms

Does CLAQON publish to TikTok?

No. The TikTok publishing code exists, but it is deliberately disabled until the app has been audited. Today it publishes video to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X.

Why do my YouTube videos come out private?

Because YouTube keeps videos uploaded through the API private when they come from Google projects that have not passed its audit. CLAQON detects this and opens an alert with the steps to request it; in the meantime, the videos are made public from YouTube Studio.

Can I choose what time each video is published?

Yes. Each account has a market with local times per platform and up to 4 slots a day, at least 90 minutes apart. Each slot tells you what time it is for your audience and for you, and it is brought forward if your machine is going to be off.

What happens if a connection expires?

You get an alert before it expires, with its history and, if Google rejects the permission, the probable cause. The daily check tests the connections and renews the tokens that can be renewed. Before asking for your consent again, CLAQON tests the saved permission.

Does publishing on X cost anything?

Yes: the X API charges for each post. That is why, when you publish by hand, CLAQON asks you to accept that cost separately, and the spend is logged. See spend control.
